When you access this website, technically necessary data may be processed, including in particular your IP address, the time of access, browser and device information, and information about the page requested. This processing is necessary to provide the website technically, ensure its security and detect errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a secure, reliable and technically functional online presence. 6. Contacting Us

7. Appointment Scheduling via Calendly

We use the external appointment scheduling service Calendly to arrange consultation appointments. When you click on a corresponding booking link, you leave our website and are redirected to a Calendly website. In connection with appointment scheduling, personal data may be processed, including in particular your name, email address, information entered by you, appointment details and technical usage data. We receive the booking information required to conduct the scheduled appointment. The provider of the service is Calendly LLC, USA. Where Calendly processes personal data on our behalf, this is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement. According to Calendly, recognized transfer mechanisms are used for transfers of personal data to the United States or other third countries, in particular the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. The processing of appointment and contact data is generally carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the appointment serves to initiate or conduct a business relationship.

Our website may contain links to external services, in particular LinkedIn. These external services are accessed via simple links. Merely visiting our website does not establish a connection to the respective external provider through such a link. Only when you click on the corresponding link will you be redirected to the external provider. The respective provider’s privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data there.
